Recently opened, owner Lynn Lee shows off her version of Vietnamese classics like Pho Bo, Banh Mi, to Shrimp Summer Rolls, Classic Vietnamese Iced Coffee and Pandan Chiffon Cake.
With everything made from scratch, we welcome you and your friends.
Our Story
- Meet Lynn Lee, Owner
Born in Saigon, Lynn spent her early years in the city of Saigon until moving to Seattle Washington.
Her love for Vietnamese food began as a young girl, cooking and eating around the family table. These fond memories led to her passion for providing healthy and delicious Vietnamese dishes.
Lynn’s dream was to share these same dishes she grew up on in a more formal and professional setting. Lynn welcomes everyone and makes sure everyone feels at home around Saigon Table.

Every recipe uses specific seasonings and ingredients to elevate the flavors throughout the entire menu. Each dish is thoughtfully constructed from the slow roasted beef bones to the handmade egg rolls….
the perfect rendition of what the owner Lynn Lee grew up on and still eats today.
Making a Difference
Saigon Table is one of Lynn’s greatest joys after her two children. She is also committed to making a difference by partnering with non-profit rescue organizations.
Lynn began supporting dog rescue organizations 6 yrs ago when she adopted a German shepherd. Then adopted a stray husky one-and-a-half years ago to join Lynn’s 2 dogs for a happy family of four.
