Best Vietnamese Food in Rye

I consider myself a snob when it comes to Vietnamese food. I've experienced it in Paris, Manhattan, and Vietnam. Saigon Table serves truly authentic food, using high quality ingredients. I tried the tamarind pork ribs which were pull-off-the-bone delicious. Not too sweet and perfectly marinated and grilled fresh (they don't reheat or microwave here). Don’t let the casual atmosphere fool you - the food here is excellent! My friend and I shared the summer rolls, the pho (add sliced short rib - you won’t regret), and the pork chop (tender and flavorful). The pickled veggies are made in house and are so fresh and delicious. I had the lychee mojito - the perfect light cocktail for spring and summer. The owner is a delight and the servers checked on us several times during the meal. Can’t wait to come back and try everything else on the menu.

The shoyu ramen was the best I’ve had outside California. The way they make the pork belly is insane, it’s so flavorful and the broth has so much body and depth. They also gave us some oxtail to try and it was delicious. Service was A1, Lynn and the team are all so friendly, sweet, and attentive. You don’t get this hometown vibe often anymore!!!! Will be back :)

We absolutely love Saigon Table. We visit almost every week, if not twice a week. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, and you are getting excellent value. I love the pork chop, Banh Mi, and new favorite chicken bao. My wife loves the Pho and ox tail. The Margaritas are great, and the service is wonderful with kind genuine smiles. Lynn the owner stays on top of things to make sure everything is just right. Definitely a neighborhood gem in Rye.

This place just opened so I’ve heard mixed reviews. Owned by a local resident and operated with sincerity. I fully endorse Saigon Table. I’ve been in the restaurant business so I know how hard it is to open and run a new place. That said, the food is very very good. I got to speak with the owner and there is no expense spared with ingredients. I will absolutely keep coming back to try everything on the menu. So far, the Classic Banh Mi and the Cha Gio spring rolls have really impressed me.
