A Saigon childhood comes alive in Rye
Lynn Lee grew up in Saigon, cooking and eating around the family table. She brought those same dishes — and that same feeling — to downtown Rye, New York.
How it started
Born in Saigon and raised on home cooking, Lynn traveled through Seattle before settling in Westchester with one goal: share the dishes she grew up on. Saigon Table on Purdy Avenue is that dream, realized.
Everything made from scratch
Slow-roasted bones go into every Pho Bo broth. Egg rolls are handmade, herbs are hand-cut, and every seasoning is chosen deliberately — because the difference is always in the details.
The room Lynn built
Westchester Magazine noted the neon-speckled walls and woven lamps that echo Lynn's Saigon childhood. Fast-casual in format, deeply personal in every detail.
Giving back
Lynn partners with non-profit rescue organizations and has opened her home to adopted dogs. Making a difference comes as naturally to her as cooking a good meal.
